Also check the following:

  • Check the question and create a message where the customer will reply to. Closed questions are rejected, a customer will not repsond as soon as on a closed questions.
  • The content of the messages have to be personal and high of quality.
  • Afterwards, read through your application, look for language issues because that is a reason for rejection.

This is to check if you are have the required level to be a chatoperator.
When you are hired, you will get multiple trainings from your personal coach. This is to see if you are suitable for chatoperator or not. When you actually get to work, there will be more information about the customers and previous messages displayed.

"My father died a year ago. I would like to know how he is doing in the afterlife. Can you help me with this?"
